Okay I just did a Prime95 load test and the VRM fan does ramp up in speed but the CPU OPT RMP stays the same at roughly 2900 to 3000RPM but the confusing thing is that the Pump speed is rated up to 00 rmp and the VRM fan is rated up to 3000RPMI am now thoroughly confused!
